Booking & Payment

All bookings require a deposit to confirm your reservation
Full payment is due before the start of your tour

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing
Refunds depend on the notice period before departure (see your booking confirmation for details)
Some fees may be non-refundable (e.g., park fees, permits)

Travel Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance is required for all travelers. Morris Eco Safaris is not responsible for loss, injury, or delays.

Liability

We are not liable for events beyond our control (weather, strikes, etc.)
We reserve the right to alter itineraries for safety or operational reasons

Health & Safety

Travelers are responsible for ensuring they are fit for travel
Follow all health and safety instructions from guides and staff
